Fund shops that are locked out can pay up to $750,000 a year for the extra data, according to Schwab’s website. But shops would need to generate an extra $215 million in gross sales in order to break even on a $750,000 data pack, Neil Bathon, founding partner of FUSE Research Network, told Ignites in April.
