“The awareness of QS isn’t changed,” says Neil Bathon, founding partner of Fuse Research Network, who counts Franklin Templeton as a client.
“I don’t know that the [rebrand] causes any concern or disruption for the bulk of the marketplace that they work for, just as long as the people stay the same,” Bathon says. “You still have the same interaction with your clients, research teams and due-diligence groups.”
