Columbia Threadneedle has created a head of alternatives role across the business as part of a shake-up that has seen BMO staffers take up several top positions at the firm. “They’re kicking butt again,” Neil Bathon, founder and partner at FUSE Research, said. “I think alternatives are going to be such a big part of the business in a few years.”
