BlackRock has sliced 20 basis points off the fee of a $232 million dividend ETF. The fund, now called the iShares Core Dividend ETF, carries a fee of 5 bps. The negative pressures of competition, coupled with market conditions, could have factored into BlackRock’s decision to cut the ETF’s fee and change its name, said Cindy Zarker, relationship manager at FUSE Research.
