Trian and General Catalyst are probably drawn to Janus Henderson because it has been building “positive sales momentum” and can create sophisticated investment strategies with higher fees, and has many established distribution partners and advisors for cross-sales, according to Neil Bathon, managing partner at FUSE Research.
